Arugula is a leafy green vegetable that has a peppery flavor. It is often used in salads and as a garnish. Arugula can be eaten raw or cooked.

Arugula is rich in vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, and other nutrients. It also contains antioxidants that help fight against cancer-causing free radicals.

Arugula can be prepared by boiling it for 3 to 5 minutes or steaming it for 2 to 3 minutes. It can also be eaten raw in salads or sandwiches. Arugula should be stored in the refrigerator with the roots covered with water and wrapped tightly in plastic wrap or sealed container to prevent wilting and browning of leaves
